Equipped with a pair of 500L steam-heated pot stills, our distillery creates whisky with a focus on precision, balance, and character. We work with premium Scottish malted barley, producing both peated and unpeated whisky styles to explore the full spectrum of flavour.

With a planned annual capacity of 30,000 litres, every batch is carefully crafted to express our vision of whisky making — combining traditional methods with a modern approach from Taiwan.

With years of dedication to whisky culture and the spirits industry, the founder established two whisky bars in Taiwan, creating spaces for whisky appreciation, education, and community exchange.

Over the past decade, the founder has organized and developed whisky festivals in Taiwan, connecting whisky enthusiasts, global brands, and distilleries through events and experiences.

Driven by a passion for whisky craftsmanship, cask exploration, and spirit creation, the founder is now developing an independent distillery that combines in-house whisky production with independent cask selection, creating unique expressions of whisky and fine spirits.

With over seven years of experience in the whisky bar industry, he has developed extensive knowledge in whisky appreciation, flavour evaluation, customer engagement, and brand communication. Through years of working closely with whisky enthusiasts and various whisky expressions, he has gained a deep understanding of whisky styles, regional characteristics, and consumer preferences.

Currently serving as a Whisky Bar Manager, he oversees daily operations, team development, and whisky education. In the future, he will contribute to our distillation and production process, bringing his front-line whisky experience into the creation of our own whisky and spirits.
