Li has dedicated many years to the whisky and spirits industry. He founded two whisky bars in Taiwan, creating spaces that promote whisky appreciation, education, and a strong community for whisky enthusiasts.

Over the past decade, Li has organized and developed one of Taiwan's leading whisky festivals, bringing together whisky lovers, independent bottlers, distilleries, and international brands while fostering connections across the global whisky community.

As the Founder & Head Distiller, Li is now realizing his long-held vision of building an independent distillery. Combining years of industry experience with a passion for distillation, cask maturation, and independent bottling, he is dedicated to crafting distinctive whiskies and fine spirits that reflect both innovation and authenticity.

Kuo has over seven years of experience in the whisky bar industry, where he has developed extensive expertise in whisky appreciation, sensory evaluation, customer engagement, and brand communication. Working closely with whisky enthusiasts and exploring a wide range of whisky styles has given him a deep understanding of flavour profiles, regional characteristics, and consumer preferences.

Currently serving as our Whisky Bar Manager, Kuo oversees daily operations, team leadership, and whisky education. As Assistant Distiller, he will also play an active role in our distillery, supporting production and distillation while applying his front-line whisky knowledge to the development of our own whisky and spirits.

Lumi has been part of our whisky team for more than a year, building her knowledge through both bar service and continuous whisky education. She is now expanding her journey into whisky production as an Assistant Distiller, supporting distillery operations and learning every stage of the craft firsthand. Passionate about sharing whisky with a wider audience, she also manages a whisky-focused Instagram platform, documenting her experiences, reviews, and discoveries within the whisky world.
